Club Retreat/Workshop Information and Availability
The FW retreat/workshops are all about getting to know your featherweight better and just having a total blast because that's what we do. A few ladies just bring their featherweights and sew the whole time. But, if there's something you want to learn about your machine this is the place to learn it.
There are a couple of requirements to attend these retreats. You must be up to date on your covid vaccinations and you must have taken the FW Maintenance class from Jean or convince her you know what you're doing for maintenance. You can bring as many FWs as you'd like but plan to work on one machine for taking it all apart and putting it back together. There is only one Jean and she needs to help everyone with their FWs.
The FW Retreat/Workshops are held at the Fields House owned by the Riverside Retreats LLC in Marshall, Michigan. Go to http://www.scrapbookriverside.com/ to see more pictures of the house where we will be retreating.
Participants are asked to do one part of one meal during the retreat. Any further information questions can be sent to Jean.
The dates have been set for the 2024 retreat/workshops.
The early August retreat/workshop will be July 31-August 4, 2024 at the Fields House. It is currently full but you can email me to be put on the waiting list.
The later August retreat/workshop will be August 7-11, 2024 at the Fields House. It is currently full but you can email me to be put on the waiting list.

Once the spring or August retreats are completed information sheets are sent out to those signed up for the next retreat/workshops and those on the waiting list as well so you are all up to date on what's going on.

Whew, another GREAT retreat with such great gals.I don't know when I've laughed so hard my stomach hurt.... really hurt. Yes, Scrappy101, we'll reach the pinnacle of fun once again in August.

ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry but the March retreats have had to be cancelled due to the corona virus. Hopefully, the August retreats will still be happening. The cost of that retreat is $180 for Friday till Sunday and for an additional $20 you can come on Thursday and enjoy that day as well. As things get closer, I'll be sure and post more information. Thanks for asking.
